Lucky me as a fashion student in RMIT, Melbourne, I got invited to an event called Melbourne A la Mode which is held from Tuesday 23rd to Saturday 25th July at the gorgeous george ballroom in St. Kilda. It was fun and full of people. However, because of the lively atmosphere, I could barely see the fashion show. Well, not to mention my petite short body :p

So, Melbourne A la Mode is a new fashion pop up shop event which have an exclusive curated collection of vintage designer clothing and accessories by local and international fashion brands, such as Haweke vintage ( Chanel, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermes, Versace, etc.), Lady Petrova and Micky in the Van, lovely vintage inspired costume jewelry by Dainty&Bold, and  also tremendous vintage hats by The Eternal Headonist!

What makes this event more interesting is 10% of profits will be donated to an Australia Charity, Assist a Sista, that supporting women recovering from domestic abuse. Is'n it great?
